Baton Runner.
Follow-up that runs on its own until the moment a person should take over. Someone fills out a form on your site, and Baton Runner starts a sequence of emails and texts. Partway through it stops and hands the person to an advisor, who calls them from inside the app, then picks the sequence back up. Every message, reply and call is archived as it is sent, so the record builds itself. We built it for advisory firms, where that archive has to satisfy a regulator, but it works for any business that has to follow up on the leads it already paid for.

Is Baton Runner only for financial firms?
No. It was built for advisory firms, where every message has to be archived for a regulator, and that shaped how it works. Any business that follows up on leads it has paid for can use it the same way.
Can we use Baton Runner now?
It is in early release and we are onboarding firms a few at a time, so talk to us and we will walk you through it. Pricing is not published yet.
Who builds and supports the technology?
VOOV Software develops the platforms, while VOOV Advisor Consulting implements them for financial firms and manages the strategy and creative work.
Can the platforms connect with our existing systems?
